- IRA = 100 * (Matching Records / Total Records Audited)
- We break down accuracy metrics separately for each warehouse type (dry, ambient, chilled, frozen) and SKU velocity (slow, mid, fast moving). This approach provides a more precise measurement, enabling more targeted improvements than a holistic warehouse-wide accuracy metric.

Rather than relying on a purely random selection, we assign weighted probabilities to inventory locations based on risk factors such as:
- Fast-moving SKUs (prone to picking errors)
- SKUs stored in mixed-pallet configurations (higher misplacement risk)
- Locations with high historical discrepancies This ensures that audits focus on areas most likely to contribute to discrepancies, maximizing the impact of each count.
